This talent scale with your maximum life, and basically if you take physical damage (elemental does not trigger blood) you instantly absorb it and heal. So it stand it is not compatible with Comeback Kid talent.
Characters with zombie talent also bleed.
This is really good talent for armored characters with high life as it instantly regain life after getting hit so aside of armor absorption you also cover part of damage with this effect.
If you stand extremely close to enemy that can bleed and hit them you may be able to absorb their blood.
