Scoundrel skills in Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition are Dexterity-based. These skills are very specialised in Status Effects and require a dagger to be equipped most the time.

      scoundrels are really powerful
      you will see people saying they are the weakest class or that their damage isnt good until the end
      but that isn't true
      another complaint is that the master skills suck, not true
      crawling infestation; use it on an enemy about to die to spawn multiple summons (or those with low bodybuilding)
      it doesnt have to wait 3 turns to "hatch"
      Coup De Grace is a boss killer, simply wait one turn and then you will have the AP to move and finish them off in one hit
