Sneaking is an Ability in Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition.

Sneaking

• Each point improves sneaking mode by reducing a NPC's cone of vision.
• Bonuses can be found on Helmets and Boots.
• The Cautious Trait gives +1 Sneaking.

Tips

• To sneak on consoles, press down on your d-pad
• Having Bairdotr sneak is effective
• You can distract NPCs with one chracter and then steal items with another to farm gold quickly from stolen paintings and gold items
• Sneaking's benefits stop increasing at around 14 points
