Status Effects are one of the Combat Systems in Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition. These effects can be both negative and positive, providing players and enemies with buffs, debuffs, harmful and beneficial effects.
Certain attacks imbue the victim with status effects that affect them for several turns. The character's statistics determine how individual status effects will affect them. For example :
Freezing stops a participant from acting
Poison slowly drains their health, and
Burning continuously causes fire damage.
All statuses have duration stacking but not intensity stacking. What that means is that an attack that can cause 5 Turns of Poison, will cause 10 Turns of Poisoning, if cast successively 2 turns in a row.

You know you're screwed when you are Blind, Crippled, Bleeding, Poisoned, Burning, and Downed.

Farseer cures blinded, and wind of change curse stunned, slowed and petrified.

Farseer and Elemental Absorption I think is wrong, both have the same description

Shielded Earth gives Immunity to Petrified and not to "poisoned".
