It will be hard to make this skill usefull for fews reasons : since the damage type is affected by the ground on which the target is standing that mean if it bleed something of HIS element you will heal/less damage him instead fully hurt him (ex : the guardian in hiberheim or zombies in general) also if you use special arrows the talent wont work at all, only on base attacks (not sure about skills)
